A few days late.... I've been loosely planning menus for the past two weeks, but I thought I'd post my "plan" here.   (I have tried explaining this to Hubby as this is a work in progress....and it needs to be flexible! As things come up, the weather changes (you can't have chili when it's 80+ degrees outside!), or moods change (after a crabby day, sometimes a girl just doesn't feel like cooking a huge ornate meal!).   So, here goes... Monday:  Schwann's delivered our food I ordered, so we had their new "Tortilla encrusted tilapia filets."   Delicious!  We also had rice pilaf, and broccoli/cheese. Tuesday: Leftovers (We have leftover soup (for Punky), then we have mashed potatoes, 40 clove garlic, chicken, etc) Wednesday:  Chili Thursday:
